    Zen-Beez was born out of a families passion for bees and also their deep sadness for how bees are actually exploited and treated badly by some. They use a gentle beekeeping approach, and never compromise the bees for anything and they treat them with the upmost respect. Their business model is completely their own, following the Permaculture Principles of ‘Earth Care’, ‘People Care’ and ‘Fair Share.

    They are Registered  Beekeepers and both hold NZQA qualifications in Apiculture and Horticulture. They have their Certificate of Audit from Quality Auditing Specialists Ltd for despatching honey. Their beekeeping practices are both sustainable and gentle and they are constantly working towards being a completely sustainable and environmentally friendly business. Our bees depend on it.
